Based on the client's health check results, personal nutrition needs, and health goals, our Hong Kong Registered Nutritionist will provide professional and practical advice, including personalized dietary guidance. This includes suitable food recommendations, easy-to-implement dietary methods, simple food substitutions, dining out tips, and more, aimed at reducing or delaying the chances and risks of illness and disease complications.
Assessment and Consultation Includes:
- A consultation lasting about 20 minutes, during which a certified nutritionist conducts a detailed "Health and Nutrition Assessment."
- Basic dietary assessment: health questionnaire
- Body composition analysis machine: weight, height, body fat, muscle mass, BMI, basal metabolic rate, and skeletal mass.
- Understanding the client's dietary habits, lifestyle patterns, and medical history.
- Setting appropriate health goals and processes together, providing personalized dietary guidance.
